Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns! Our return policy allows you to return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we'll cover the return shipping costs and issue you a full refund once we receive the item but customers returing the order because of their change of mind will have to bear the return label expense. However, please note that certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to personalized or customized products, and items with a broken seal or that have been used or damaged by the customer. Can I cancel my order?
